Join the Leaders Club...
| The OI Foundation encourages you to join the Leaders Club by electing to send monthly contributions automatically through a checking account or credit card. Contributions to the OI Foundation are used to improve the quality of life for people with OI through research, education, awareness and mutual support. Joining the Leaders Club will save you time and money, and more of your contribution will be applied directly to our education and support programs because monthly donations reduce our overhead for processing the gifts. |

You'll also be providing us with a source of income that we know we can count on each month. Consider donating $12 a month for 12 months, or $30 a month- a dollar a day!
Members of the Leaders Club will receive fewer requests for support throughout the year, be mailed a copy of the annual report, recieve an annual tax statement and receipt, and we'll even send free you an "awareness bracelet" or a silver picture frame (your choice) as a thank you for joining. You can change or cancel your contribution at any time by contacting the Foundation.
