Donating to the OI Foundation through your United Way, Combined Federal Campaign, or other workplace giving campaign makes it easy to help people with OI. You can increase the impact of your gift by using your employer's matching gift program and encouraging co-workers to give.
Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) - Federal and military employees nationwide can give to the OI Foundation through the annual CFC campaign, which runs from September 1 to December 15 each year. We are a member of the Medical Research Charities federation, and our CFC agency number is 11334.
State and local charitable campaigns - The OI Foundation has applied to participate in the state, local and municipal government workplace giving campaigns in the following states: California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin. The OI Foundation is a member of the Neighbor to Nation federation.
We will add other states to this list when the opportunity presents itself. So, be sure to check your state charitable campaign materials for our name before you make your workplace designations.
United Way - Although the OI Foundation is not officially a United Way member agency, we do receive designated gifts from donors through many local United Ways across the country.
To make your United Way donation, please write or type our complete name and address on the contribution form or within the computer-based pledge system. Be sure to spell out our full name, instead of writing just OI Foundation.
