medical consultation

The OI Foundation Medical Consultation Day offers families and adults who have OI the opportunity to have a face-to-face meeting with a physician or physical therapist who has extensive experience with OI. A consultation is a conversation, no exams can be given. It is the chance to get questions answered, to have a test or diagnostic letter explained or to get a second opinion about a treatment.

There are nearly 30 medical consultants from 10 specialized fields available to choose from. Each attendee may request up to three appointments with the specialists of their choice. Each appointment lasts 20 minutes.

The program runs from 8:30am until 3pm on Friday, July 13th.
