Help me to help others!
I plan to participate in the OI Foundation's Medics on the March and I need your support!
During the weekend of April 26-28, 2019, I (along with 9 of my fellow medical professionals) will be taking on a 50-mile march along the C&O Canal Tow Path from Harpers Ferry, WV to Bethesda, MD in support and celebration of the OI Foundation.
50,000 people in the United States are affected by osteogenesis imperfecta (OI), a rare genetic disease that makes bones fragile and easily broken. A person living with OI may experience hundreds of painful fractures over a lifetime. Each person with OI is unique, with different fracture rates, a varied range of related health issues and his or her own path through life. Yet there is one thing every person living with OI has in common… an Unbreakable Spirit®!
help us to provide answers to families, fund research, and maintain a
network of support groups for families dealing with the daily realities
of OI by making a gift and even joining us for this fun event.
You can improve lives! To support the important work of the OI Foundation and help me reach my goal of raising $10,000, simply click on the Donate Now button at the top of this page.
If you prefer to mail in your donation: Make all checks payable to the OI Foundation.
Please give as much as you can! Will you also spread the word and help us generate a turnout for this walk-n-wheel event that will make a difference?
I truly appreciate your time, consideration and generosity!
